In this paper, N types of vehicles having different environmental impacts and failure rates are considered to perform a set missions during predefined period. The sizing problem the fleet is typically based on literature for impact each type vehicle. This work intends develop model that allows considering not only extent recourse non-polluting but also preventive maintenance (PM) policy be adopted vehicles. More specifically, objective consists in determining simultaneously quasi-optimal number used, duration their use, average usage rate as well period according which vehicle should submitted maintenance.
